yes,this is also in .shx format and u can flash them using flash and backup or rsdlite

No you cannot use this drm on your L7 unless someone ports it or you port it. Have a look here i have found 2 Vista drms for the L7.here and here

^ colanndo your going to have to port it to the V3. Any your going to need to read this guide on how to do it.

No, you can't use this DRM on your L7i/K1. First, you have to port the DRM.
