ok every time i write 176 the other box puts it to 234, wen i put it to 220 the box b4 it goes bak to 169... WTF need help

he's trying to resize an image to 176x220, and i think the reason its doing that is to keep the proportions intact. I use photoshop, so i wouldn't know exactly, but is there some sort of checkbox that says something along the lines of "constrain proportions"? if there is, uncheck it and you should be fine. the image will be a little distorted but it will be the right size
EDIT: wow, 2 posts while i was typing, i'm pretty slow LOL

photoshop or uleadgifanimator will work for you.
