It's mClock using LunarUI XML. As for theme its a special theme I did in which I combined LunarUI with MIUI.

Nope. My phone isn't rooted. Its an LG Optimus One running Gingerbread.

Yeah, its pretty easy but I never got around to it.
And I dont know what to do after rooting. I get confused with ROMs and Kernels and stuff.

Dude, you can apply MUCH MORE speed to your phone, go higher on versions (Ex: Stock: 2.3.2, Root: 2.3.7), custom themes such as my great screens, ability to change font. Seriously bro, DO IT :P

I lost my old moto L9 to modding, so I'm a bit careful now. Will do it when ready and I fully understand rooting, recovery and others.
Another thing, can you please share the xml file of that mclock you're using?
