Editing Language Packs Question

Hai,

I already posted this question in the L6SLVR section, sort of but SuperJoker told me I could try it here too, so here we go:

I got an English/German/French/Italian LP (iTAP) Motorola L6, and I would really like to have a Dutch iTAP (Don't even care too much about the interface).

My questions:

1. Is there any Dutch L6 Language Pack around?
2. Is there a way to edit an excisting iTAP (every seperate word if needed) and if so, with what program and is there a guide?
