I edited my own language packs after I learned how to do it. It's really very simple.

First download the latest version of Motorola Language Editor (version 2.5.3.)

Here's the link:

Then open the language pack using the Language Editor. You're going to see four tabs at the top: "Font", "Strings", "Auto Language", "Other".

Now, click on "Strings" and you should see all the languages included in the pack.

Choose the language you don't want and click on "Delete Language".

When you're finished, simply go to "File" at the top and click "Save As...".

Save your language pack and then use Flash & Backup to flash it onto the phone.

That should do it.
