picture message problem. help please

I just got my zn5 for t-mobile USA. And i am having trouble receiving picture message, i tired sending an picture from e-mail to my phone i don't get it and i told somebody else to sent an picture msg from phone and i did not even get an message at all. And i can send picture message but the receiver can't open the file and i can't not also send an picture message to an e-mail either. Text messages (just plain text) works fine.

Have you checked the right profile is set as active in mms settings.?
