SLVR on MetroPCS sucks?
I keep hearing from people that it sucks (especially for Metro). Why is that? I have read generally good reviews on sites.

moto phones for metro are usually cheap downgrades. the slvr is thicker and is made of plastic. feels really cheap.

i had that phone then upgraded to the nokia 6265i then now i have the rokr z6m. you know i have to say the slvr was the best out of all three. i could download ringtones from web sites in midi, aac, mp3, and qcp format and download 3gp videos and save pictures. it is actually a really good phone. the downloaded video has far better quality on slvr than on either rokr z6m or 6265i. the only problems i had was the memory card was located on the back behind the battery and when assingning ringtones for an individual the ringtone list still showed ringtones that had already been deleted and depending on how many i could be fustrating to scroll through and find a ringtone. also as for the phone feeling cheap, one week after i bought the slvr it got ran over and it didnt crack or break. the only damage was two small dents in the number pad thats all. luckily it was on gravel and dirt and not concrete. but all in all i think it is a good phone and especially for the price.

MetroPCS sucks terrible horrible customer service.
For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.
Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at MetroPCS Sucks - Terrible Horrible Customer Service
