Help with moto q flash

I need to get a moto q set up with metro any help?

call them over the phone and don't tell them who the phone originally belonged to

but even that may not work depending on who you talk to

dont i need to flash it? do they have to run it through hodini?

calling it in wont work you have to know someone on the inside to manually add the esn or repair the esn yourself.... also you have to do some registry edits to get web and mms working but the only firmware to take the changes is verizon..... your better off getting a mogul or htc touch
