(Guide) Install Games with Motorola Phone Tools

I've been reading the guides, the forum, but am still having trouble finding an answer to my problem:

I can drag-n-drop the files to my memory card, I can install the java app, I can then run the java app, but then.... theinstalled app disappears after I reboot the phone!!!

What's my problem with my java apps disappearing after a phone reboot? (other than being a noob)

Ok say I recently got a razor v3m I got a data card and was trying to install some games. With the card in my MPT dosn't recognize my phone. Any ideas why that is? I put the card in the usb port and sent the game there and put it in the phone but then it dosn't see the game. HELP? lol
