help about gprs

hi..

i am using prepaid (9427611847, gujarat)

i am using motorola l7..

i activated gprs service..

but when i downloaded gprs settings, only wap and mms settings are installed successfully and "vas" and "gprs" settings failed to install...

and i am not able to use even wap services..

Error occurs "page cannot be displyed"..

and few JAVA applications which uses gprs are also not working..

in that error is " restricted port, check ur network settings"..

i called customer care centre.. but didnt get safisfied answer..

plz let me knw how to solve problem..
