Need help with MediaViewer skin

Hello. I and Bullfrog created a skin for MV based on iFone skin. But we have a problem. When selecting less then 5 songs to be played in player, the songs and the softbar don't show up, until you press the up key.
I think the problem should be from skindata.mvs. Any mediaviewer expert who can help us?
