Hi,after a while of playing with my rokr e2, I decided to update de FW, I´ve read the tutorial here for flashing.
I got RSD lite 2.6 , Windows XP SP2, but when I tried to install the .sbf file (I´ve tried 2 of them) always come back and error after creating the iso image that says.

Failed flashing process. Phone[0000]: Phone is not compatible with multi-user super-file (0x703B) .
any ideas ???

put the phone in 1st boot mode... don't change to 2nd boot...

Use 1st boot

i have 2.5 rsd and it doesnt detect my fone when its in primary bootloader.

that's why everybody said that you must have version 2.7 or more

again always use updated RSD...

i hv sum problem there too..dun know wat really wrong...rsd lite cant detect it...im frusted

did u intalled ur drivers corectly?

drivers are essential and cause of 50% of the issues for flashing

suppose to be correct... id install its properly... i use both bootloader and still the rsd cant detect it...
im still tracking wats the problem... if the rsd seem to work find.

use driver by manually, dont use self installing driver

well drivers are responsible of rsd detecting the fone... no way other solution than reinstalling them
