RSD Cant detect When in primary bootloader

Please help me. RSD lite cant detect my fone when in primary bootloader. ive read in the forums that i need to flash in the primary and the secondary boot loader. how can i do that when i cant connect when im in primary?!?!
I have rsd lite 2.5, 3.2, and 3.2!
please help me, i want to flash my rokr e2e because it wont refresh my media. and i want to up the volume. thanks.

if you wanna flash it because your media dont refresh you only have to desactivate Linksys and that's it... try it

first of all use updated RSDs... (i use 3.5)
secondly read the stickys on how to flash... the guide is clear enough
NB... flash the files correctly, in the meaning that correct files in the correct AP's and BP's and NEVER FORGET TO CHARGE THE BATTRY!!!

First, which firmware did you have,
or try find it in Game and tool folder, if did not found it, you must install first

yahoo! flashed my baby rockr e2!!!!! i used adrians my favor flash file, the orange theme looks so cool!!! volume has improved too. man im really starting to love this fone. but still..... i cant refresh the media. and i cant see where the "linksys" is. i dont think ive installed that yet. so can anybody help me for one last time? thanks all you guys!


P.S.

by the way, im from the Philippines and my friends saw what the motorocker can do and they're thinking of trashing their nokia phones for a rocker. hehehehe
