this FW do support ext3 and swap partition right? anyone can show me the HOWTO link to set up the partitions?

because; now i have fat16, ext3 and swap in the SD.. but it does not detect my ext3 and swap.. i tried to use the Secure SD Extract function in the m3 tweaks menu.. but this msg appeared: "mount error! check the right partition table to mount?"

need help pls...

-----KATZE 3 ERROR REPORT-----

This morning at 11.20am. I got a serious error in my phone. When I clicked menu it would only show me ZMplayer, my service provider (Starhub), fixed dial and service dial.

Other things like messages, office tools, file manager and multimedia could not be seen in the menu box.

They cannot be obtained even using voice key function.

Adrian, please look into this. I'm seeing if my phone can be restored on this re-flash that is occurring as we speak.

What version RSD Lite do u use? Mine 3.3 n it works.
Have u extract the .zip files to .sbf?
Flashing .sbf can only performed in the 1st bootloader (after u turn off the E2 then click red key + voice key there must be red screen) n for .shx u must in 2nd bootloader (click voice key again in the 1st bootloader)

uhm the only thing thay may have corrupted is the user menu tree but since everything its protected.. :S

It's not because bug in Katze3 firmware.I think U've messed up the user menu tree.I ever got this problem when I tried to modify system through telnet.But U can try flash only BP first and see if it works.

but i have a problem the phone dont detect my sd card 2 Gb but my pc yes i try format in fat and fat32 dont work
so i put the sd of 1 Gb and works perfect please help

Have u try to format u're 2gb sd in E2? What is the brand? Or maybe the sd don't match with E2

i cant do that because the phone dont detect the memory and with the old firmware the sd works
