when connect it to charger it wil shut down n charge batt...

Clean the charging slot, battery and back part of the phone. Try again. Or else try with a different charger or battery.

can reflashing the phone solves the problem?...tried to search lastest firmware for E1000..but cant seems to find it..

its getting worse now..i cant even make calls...send sms...or open anything....if i do it will hang...or stated "please wait" for a very long time...until it automatically shuts down...help!~...

what have you done? Did you flash it? Have you tried to master reset it?
