Hi -
OK, so I know that here are probably ~10 topics on this subject already, but the ones I've found don't help any.
I've tried Moto Midlet Manager, MIDway, etc., but I finally decided on MotoMidMan
So here's thex problem: I tell it to upload the applet, and it sits there for something like 5-10 minutes uploading it, but when I go yo my phone, it's not there, and when I open my phone back up in motomidman, it shows me having no Java applets installed. This is also shown by the fact that my free space remains completely unaffected.
So, any ideas?
Technical specs:
T-Mobile RAZR V3r R3443U2
Motorola Midlet Manager o.85.2
Latest P2K drivers (according to this site)
Windoze XP
first off i could not get motomidlet to work for jack with this same phone and boot.
the only way I found i could upload the file was if it was a .jad file.
so first off i used, JAD maker. turns your .jar into a .jad. then you need to make sure and have java app. loader enabled you can use mpt for that. once you have java app loader on it should say connect cable and this is when you plug in usb cable. (make sure drivers are installed first) once this is all done you can start up midway and it should connect. I have not had one problem with midway installing any of my java apps. on the v3r r3443u2
yea it seems these dang phones are rely picky with what they will take and not take since the bootloader is protected.
But I am working on a new mp with a few skins games and all tweeked will be my first and last one lol its a pain in the backside. So look for my mp soon!
