V3r went crazy

I have a newer v3r I've been using lately and it went crazy today starting entering numbers on it's own lots of 6's but occasional a 1 or a 2 and also hitting the connect button, also going on the net and brining up the browser.creeps me out. So when I got home , I took the main tranceiver module and put it in a different phone with a known good keypad, and it does the same thing, the only thing I've done was load up a few pictures, which I scanned last night, I deleted them all and did a complete reset, still does it. Any ideas what causes this? and what can be done to correct it?This is a new v3r completely stock tmobil.
