It is not a virus, it's because the program is cracked, it is detected as a virus. Disable your antivirus and run the program, It will work fine.

Thought my V3r was dead after first TP...
Hi,
I got mine working in the end OK.
First TP went as expected. Second one PDS didn't go anywhere. Thought that phone was dead. Tried a few times no success. Came up with Connected OK, Bootloader 0300. But *never* asked me to disconnect TP. (If I didn't have (2nd PDS) TP connected correctly, then my laptop would not recognise phone at all - had to have TP in place for USB connection to be picked up).
Next tried powering phone to boot screen by attaching rest of phone to the previously disconnected adapter (when first taking phone apart) so that phone keypad worked. Applying battery gave me 1 sec screen, then off. Next pressed # and * then red power button and to my surprise the black boot screen came on. So I thought I must be doing TP wrong as phone shows signs of life.
Tried again with PDS TP but no success. Double checked that my phone was V3r (label under battery). Next thought well maybe it just needs a different PDS so tried V3i and it worked and my phones now sorted. Unlocked and working, and I was just about to bin it...
Hope this helps, but please please **DON'T** just try this on a whim as I know nothing and following the post exactly was my method up to point where I got no more progress. I also read most post in this thread before I tried this when I could not think what else to do. Seems my old V3r is in disguise. Follow any of my advice at you own risk! Gaz

to tell the difference between the two, v3i s/w starts with either R479 or R47A.... v3r s/w starts with R4515 or R3443. always know which v3 you have before attempting any mods.

kjoe07, the only ways to unlock the v3r are:
1: use the free method here(TP, unlock, and PDS repair)
2: call SP and get the subsidy code, then enter it when asked(need another providers sim card for this)
personally i like the free method... with the new TP location there is no need to cut away the shielding.

Hi,
I'm trying to unlock a V3R BL 05.A2 R4515, and P2k 5.3 (cuz i'm using vista), and i get BL ver. 0300, send loader failed (2), every single time!!
Drivers are working, the soft recognize the phone, but i can't get past BL sending.. I also tried P2k 3.9 but it doesn't work on vista, even in compatibility mode..
Can u help? Thanx in advance..

No luck mate.
Funny thing is, if i boot the phone with *# p2k recognizes BL 052A, but doesn't let me work without TP, if i dismantle the phone and use TP, he doesn't recognize BL..
I'll just have to do it in another pc. Install a xp virtualbox is too much hassle for unlocking one phone.
Thanx for the tips.

ERROR: Receiving READY
ERROR: Send loader failed (2)

@uservices
Make sure your phone is either R4515 or R3442U_2 (R3443A is V3re, R3442U_5 is T-Mobile V3t)
Maybe battery or test point connection slipped when you clicked the mouse.
Maybe test point slipped when connecting battery.
Maybe not on test point on board. (check picture closely)
Try again. It's rather difficult with only two hands.Hic sunt dracones...
