Razr V3
I have just bought a sim-free RazrV3 which happily takes my existing Virgin sim card and works ok but it also has stuff on it which I'd like to remove.
The main problem is the right soft key is allocated to Vodafone live! (which I have no interest in using but costs me 30p a go if I accidentally press it).
A smaller issue but nonetheless annoying is the T-mobile text above the date on the home screen.
Is it possible to remove these fairly easily, and if so can anyone advise me how to do it?
many thanks

By sim free I meant it was supposed to be unlocked and so work with any sim (not without one).
I can't see any reference to software but the box says its motorola v3rohs gsm850/900/1800/1900 if that helps

Yup!! v3r 4515. find a monsterpack you like in the DOWNLOADS SECTION and flash it to your phone. only flash MP that says 4515, cuz there are two v3r. one is 4515, and the other is 3443u2. you cannot flash 3443u2 to your phone or it will brick!!
if you need help flashing, you can read the guides for the v3r, and post here any questions you may have.
Good luck, have fun
moderator please move to v3r- thx!!
