If your pc crashed, make sure that all drivers you need for RSD are installed correctly. Then force the bootloader by holding #and* while popping the battery in. If that doesn't work, keep # and * pressed while alternating pressing power on for 3 seconds and letting go for 1 second. that should sooner or later get you at least to s-blank neptune Lte2.

Just to outrule that possibility, maybe try to get your battery charged at someone elses phone or borrow a battery for a second to see what it does.

Ok new developments. The phone was never dead.. i can connect it to my pc and it is recognized (not as a motorola v3). But now when i try to flash using FB3 i get a Critical Error 84 and with RSD Lite 3.6 i get a "Failed flashing process. Phone[0000]: incompatible superfile for Subscriber Unit state". RSD Lite also shows "S Blank Neptune LTE2" as the model.

    Any new ideas?
    i appreciate for the help

S-Blank Nepyune means it has got no info on the phone. It weill need its RFDI image. If you had a backup, its in it. If you don't have a backup try to flash a stable stock MP, best to choose the D3R tested MP for the r4515 from the Download section, just to outrule that you were sticky before.

i did a backup using F&B3 (in the Read Data section) but i'm getting a Critical Error 84 using it. On the other hand i tested the one you told me and i didnt get any error but in the end the phone stays exactly as it was before :\
