Found bootloader for v3 what next to mod?

Hi i have read quite a few pages and a sticky but can't remember what to do with a locked phone. The bootloader is 0A.52. and the SW version :R4515_G_08.BD.92R
I did read something about a v3r but i don't know if this phone is. I just read inside under the matter that it is a v3. S not sure how to start to get to i guess an locked phone. I have modded a v3 before but i can't remember if i have unlocked one or not. Been a few years i think. I thought by modding it it unlocked it...can't remember ...thanks would appreciate the advice

R4515 is a V3r. you can unlock for free by following the STICKY Guide in the v3r section.
this method requires Testpoint if i remember correctly.
