Please Wait on Running Apps
Hi
A friend gave me his old V3r to use on my prepay and I love it. It's perfect for me and it fits in my pocket. I swapped the card from my old nokia and was immediately up and running. Everything works perfectly on my phone except when I try to run apps.
I was able to add my own wallpaper and ringtone, but no matter what apps I load, I only get a "please wait" or, in the case of google maps, the start line only goes part way. I've read what I could on the board, used 2pktools, Motomidmann and Jadmaker without success with Mac Parallel Windows XP.
I'm starting to wonder if I have a java corruption or another system problem.
Could use some help please.
Thanx

I had no idea Google Maps would run on a V3r - https://groups.google.com/group/goog...h%2F2006-12%3F

Well, sorry to say I have no experience with loading apps on P2k phones. But here's an old tutorial you might look at - How to Install Java Games Onto Motorola V3 Phones | Gomestic
Also, you said you've read through the forums, did you find http://modmymobile.com/forums/25-java-apps/ - it's easy to miss.Last edited by Saurus; 05-31-2012 at 01:16 PM.

Just wondering, when adapting apps for a Razr V3r, what is the proper screen size?
