bluetooth headset

i have a v3r R3443U2 phone, and i have a Motorola H700 bluetooth headset hooked up to my phone, and the only thing i can do is talk with it. you may be like "duh"... but heres the thing. i can't ANSWER phone calls, or END phone calls with this phone. my dad has a v3t and when i hook it up there, his ringtones also sound in the bluetooth headset. and i can answer calls and end calls from the headset on the v3t... and with that, if i HOLD the middle button down, it redials... if i press the middle button on the headset, i can pull up a menu that says "say a command" and i can say either "phone book, camera, recent calls, digit dial, name dial" and all sorta junk... but when i actually TRY to say it, it doesn't work. but thats besdies the point, cause i dont want to fix it for the v3t, i want those options for my v3r, but i dont know how to make it work. any help would be fine. thank you. maybe i have to update something? or download something for my phone? i'm just giving ideas for you to think about cause i sure as hell dont know what to do.

There should be headset settings available in the phone....

Menu>Settings>Headset

Then you should have the options:
Auto Answer
Voice Dial

Pick an amount of time for auto answer
Turn Voice Dial ON

That should fix your problem.

Ok .. I tried it out with my son's V3r and my 700 and it appears that the V3r R3443U2 does not have the same OBEY MOTO features as the V3t R3443U5.

You get voice dial if you have programmed in a voice record for the phonebook entry and you can enable auto redial with the button press. I could answer and end calls as normal.

It appears that the V3r's Bluetooth features are like that of the V300 triplets series...... not very advanced.
