Hello. I just got a W377 to replace my V3i which temporarily died. The W377 has been 'branded' by Virgin Mobile UK. An annoying 'feature' is the right hand 'soft key' which seems permanently set to 'Virgin' which when accidentally pressed starts a web access call, which costs money. There is no way through the normal menus to change this right hand soft key. Can it be 'flashed, flexed or seemed' ?

I'm in exactly the same position. Just back from the Virgin shop with my W377 (Can't remember what Virgin Megastores are calling themselves these days) and I keep pressing the button by mistake.
