Lost all my contacts

i flashed over russo's new mp and i had and to cut the story short i lost all my contacts accept for the ones on my sim, they still show up the names in my inbox so is there any way to restore my phone contacts??

i also had problems reflashing to my backup so i had to flash another basic one which took but said it had an error on my phone a subsidy lock or something. i managed to flash back to my backup.

Your phone book is stored on your flex. If your phone book exists on your backup flex, then reflash your backup. Otherwise you cannot recover it. It is deleted every time you flash a new flex...

damn it has never deleted on me before when flashing ahh well looks like its time to rebuild thanks for the help

You do know you can copy contacts from SIM to Phone right? And if you have your backup (which you should ) then this is what i recommend:

1- Flash your backup
2- Backup your contacts:
2a- Copy all to SIM card
2b- Use RadioComm
3- Flash RussotothemaxX or whatever

Nah for some reason on my backup the contacts are not there thanks anyway
