The Maxx don't wants to start !

I was on a excursion wit the tenth . I leave my phone in the tenth on my pants , outside it was pretty cold and inside the temperature it was fine .
On the morning i get my battery and i put it on my phone i open it and it works fine when i return from the excursion the battery of my phone it was almost empty ... when i get home the phone was close because the battery it was complete done .
I put my phone on the charger and i see hes not doing nothing ... after some time i try to open it , and it opens but after 1-3 seconds its closing again the battery and the charger its ok but i do not know what the phone has .
I can not open the phone , what to do ? All the things was fine but after the battery empty the things gone bad .
It could be from condensation ?
I whant to say that i recharge the battery and i put it back on the phone and now it works but after the battery its empty again it wont work again i can not charge the battery whit my charger , i think its some thing from the phone ... can you guys tell me whats the problem more exactly ?
What can i do whit out going whit it on a cellular repairer ?
