well try another USB port and if it is necesary reinstall drivers too, hope it helps

Tried this, seemed to make no difference? I uploaded the seem & wrote it to the phone, no other things to do aside from that?

just upload it, and if everything went perfect ure pics should like more then 250 KB or more in size, if u take a pic and see that it's size is bigger than it normally would, it means hacks works. Also mp4 recorded vids should play smoothly now. Remember to put settings in phone to res> large quality>best

Yeah I always have it at best, I have a 1gb MicroSD card in it so space isn't a problem. It took a 200kb one, but there wasn't much improvement in quality so I changed back to the original seem.

Can someone please upload this in a flex file? I uploaded the seem but I have NO WAY of telling if it was uploaded in p2kTools...I see no status bar or progress bar indicating if the seem was uploaded or not. My pics are still noisy and patchy.

...or a flash file...sorry guys I'm confused about the flash/flex thing.

I was having the same issue, i did it a few times in p2ktools, the latest version and it worked. What i did was went in it, clicked seem edit and loaded the seem that was posted earlier above, and then i restarted the phone. And the size increase. The "hacked" quality is easily 10 times better than before, i have no idea why motorola would has it set to how it is normally. This is almost or equally camera quality

[UPDATE] Yesterday i took a picture in the afternoon and it's quality was off the charts, it was 400kb. This morning now i take a picture and its at 256kb, i don't know if it reverted or does lighting conditions have anything to do with the size and quality of picture the phone takes?

Ok, thanks for that. But if someone has a spare time can you please upload it in .shx file or something? I just want to make sure that the file has been uploaded to the phone.

it has to do with the light conditions and the quantity of objetcts in the picture, it's just fine if some of them is more than 200 kb atleast it's not less, like it used to be

yesterday I took one and it was about 625 kb
