help with boot loader

post what bootloader screen says and what you did to get it into bootloader, then we can help ya.
i never run stock... i mod EVERYTHING.

09.02. is my bootloader
sw R4513_G_08.b7.
i install a skin but then my swedish language was deleted. so i tried to install a swedish pack and now im stuck in bootloader
