Phone not powering on

I get the hello moto screen, it stays on for about 2 seconds, then goes away. Nothing happens??

did u backup ur PDS ?
if yes -> try to write it back by MSTool or RAMDLD .
if no -> u need to do this to use universal PDS : http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=90251
