listen, when you get white screen of death,.... TP is the only solution....
2 weeks ago, i had the same problem and i wanted to solve it without TP....... i started 7 different threads for this problem on 3 motomodding websites and searched for about 2 months...... but i got only one solution... i.e. TESTPOINT.........
beleive me.... it's really very simple task..... after doing TP, your problem will be solved definitely........... and one more thing that i have learnt is that Z3 is the easiest phone to TESTPOINT......
just follow the guide provided to u, and your problem will be solved.....
once again...... "TESTPOINT is the only solution to white screen of death"
for your comfort, you can check the video guide to make TP in bible.... it will simplify TP more....

I meet this problem now . I can't get to bootloader or blank mode but I can use phone normally , the biggest problem is no flash . Thanks for Candymanmike's guide ! would you mind answering a question : when PDS broken , can we turn on phone and manipulate normally ? thank you so much !

No with an PDS Error most likely there will probably be only a white screen, or it won't pass the Welcome Screen (HelloMoto Screen)

after I do according to candimanmike's guide in this thread , my phone just be white screen when press *#power . ( but when I finish step 6 , disconnect battery and reconnect , RSD lite doesn't say S blank neptune , then I press power , phone show :

Hmm, strange about the "09.02" Bootloader... reackon other some Bootloader's are compatible with other phone's perhaps ? Some firmware's are but not very many....

sorry,it isn't 09.02,I think I don't remember exactly ,so I copied from here. I just remember "ph sig err 39: 02:" . my case looks like many people in this thread , but the way to fix isn't effective . please help me ! thank you !

first try flashing a full mp
if that doesnt work then follow the guide in the bible

when I plug usb cable into PC , RSD says : Motorola z3 (why doesn't it say "S-flash neptune" as before ?) , and it say the bootloader version is 0208 - you can see in the picture , although I wrote boot 0AC0 ? please help me !
