Ringtone help

I just got a rizr 3 and i trying to put ringtones on my phone? it wont let me.. i probably need a new version of p2k tools... or i just dont have no idea what im doing. i follow the guilde to no prevail. can anyone help me?

Just check whether the ringtones are in mp3 format or not, becoz some formats like real, wma wont play in z3

First you have a thread about this already, why start another one about the same exact problem?
like i said in your other thread. use p2k commander.
Is your phone from t-mobile? if yes then p2k tools has always had issues with that f/w. upgrade your firmware to fix the problem.
but all this has been said in your other thread.
