help?
sum times while i am doing something on my phone it freezes and screen turns white then restarts.Can someone tell me what is causing this?
noticed problem started after i dropped it

well i cant garentee any fixes but have you tried to flash a new MP? maybe mine? (link in my sig) also backup if you do that, you can also do what is called a "soft reset" by leaving your battery out for around 10 minutes or so

and if that doesn't work....maybe its cause you dropped it, hopefully still under warrenty

MP stands for Monster Pack, which contains f/w and drm's and fonts etc. but you should start by reading the guides section before you go any further!

yeah i knew it wus monster pack i just forgot. I had one but i like the stock one better. How will the warranty work? sorry for dumb questions im an idiot haah

if you have tmobile USA, you can BS them easily to get a replacement. it's not hard at all... just flash the stock MP back and say you tried using moto software update to try to fix the problem before you send it back in.
you can say almoast anything. i've told them that no sound comes out of my phones (just deleted my gain_table on my v3i to prove it), i've told them it wasn't recieving calls, one phone i told them it just keeps turning off & on every hour, etc...
with your problem you don't really even need to lie. just tell them what it's doing.
