http://search.bbb.org <-check the better business bureau just put their URL in and it'll tell you if they've received any complaints. Usually they have if they suck.

just looked and it came up with nothing although it seems it searches US only businesses.. And Hi Mobile is Canadian...
Well i have emailed em about a shipping issues and they had a very professionally automatic e-mailer.
Will post and see how their customer services are...
