Rizr z3 sim card pcb!!

can anyone tell me where i can get this to buy, i have a faulty one inside a Z3.

each time you insert a Sim card it asks you to insert SIM, i even tried SEB's MP to try and access the phone without the sim card present and still no luck..

so i would love to replace the SIM CARD PCB..
