Ear piece sound problem

Just to make sure before ordering parts.
The sound of the ear piece speaker make crackling sound if the volume is set to 3 or higher. I can hear ok if it set to 2 but it's not loud enough. I try uploading new audio_cfg.db file that some of you have mod but with no luck always ending up with the crackling sound.
If I'm right it sound like a hardware problem, the ear piece speaker.
I look around and i think that the ear piece speaker come with the flex cable.

If it's the right part, what else to i need to make that repair beside a T4 screw drive? do i need tape ?
And do i need to take all the phone apart or just the front sliding part.

you need a torx T5 screwdriver, not t4. I thinkyou only need to take apart the front part(i copuld be wrong though). Dont worry, Z3 is very easy to disassemble.there is a guide in the bible if you need help.

the earpiece come with the cable? there is no chance to find just the earpiece speaker.
