hi all
i have a motorola z3 ,i need urgen help

my phone is not working properly when any call came it will restart automaticaly and white screen come automatically . for solve this problem i reset my my phone by MASTER RESET in initial setup menu but after that all my icons are not at the same order and more of this the upper leftsoft key is not assign any home screen menu its above the web button .

and 2nd main one is that i want to update my phone software but when i connect to the server and after that it says that my warranty is expire its true , but is there any way bye which i can update my phone os software (motorola software update)
