Cant receive/send pic messages on TMobile

i have an unlocked Rizr3 that im using on TMobile. i spoke with TMobile CS and they sent a couple of updates to my phone but the issue is still not resolved. i can send/receive standard text messages but cannot do the same for pic messages or messasges with attachments. when i try to connect to a browser it says "GPRS network is not available".

try setting up websessions for mms directly from Motorola.
