black screen help
hi, i was restoring a backup i had using FB3 and after it was thru' it no longer started up and all i can see is a black screen. i have tried the star (*) and hash (#) plus red buttons but nothing....anyone with solution..

Was your backup rsa removed?
Was your phone rsa removed before attempting to restore backup?
Can your pc detect your phone in blank mode? (*+power)
What sw version is your backup and what sw version was your phone before attempting to restore backup?
The more details, the better.

hi ezra yes i had rsa removed. when i connect to my pc it says unknown device. not even the *+power is working. i had installed the new mp that was posted on M3 the stock one.. i really need my z3 back...thank

Try pull battery out, press *+# while putting the battery back in. If you're in bootloader mode, follow the guide below. If not, you gonna have to do hard tp. Follow this same quide, skipping Steps 1 & 2. Originally Posted by lesnjoro
