    RIZR help

    So I Im a newb and im trying to follow the guidelines....


    Fisrt of all I uploaded the motorola phone tools cd that came with the phone.

    Then I looked at the guidelines and it says to go to MOTODEV and get the usbdrivers....so i did.

    I installed them. but it says that "motorola phone tools has not detected your mobile phone"

    so im stuck.... help?

    the moto dev drivers do not work with Motorola Phone tools, MPT has it own drivers, reinstall MPT and it should work.

    The moto dev drivers are for other p2k programs, these drivers clash with MPT if both programs are not properly installed.
