C975 unlock

Hi Guys,could I have some advice on unlocking a C975 please.
BL 0.6.1.2
S/W R245_U_82.21.91I

P2K ET Fails
Motorola Unlocker 2005 Fails
I can't use Motorola service tool or repair studio as the new pc has Vista so they won't work so I'm a bit stuck.I have been told that the software version is locked and I don't know where to go from here so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, it would cost some cash, but GOT server springs to mind when most others fail. You probably know their Forum or you can google it to find out if they support that phone before you pay the fee.

Thanks guys.I've got a bit of a dispute going on with one of GOTs resellers at the moment.I paid Cellunlock.net for a days GOT access 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them at all so I don't know if it's a problem with Cellunlock or a problem with GOT.I'm pretty annoyed though because they just took my money and havn't even had the good manners to answer my emails.From comments I've seen in other forums as well I'm not the only person this has happened to so I don't want to shell out for another day's access uintill I've had the one that I've already paid for!I meant to post a thread here warning people to be carefull as they might not get what they paid for but I must have forgotten to.
So,if there are any other suggestions other than GOT I'd be really gratefull.

Ok,I've had a thought (it was lonely).After weeks of searching by myself and some other members who were kind enough to help me I managed to get hold of the original software (R245_U_82.21.91I) for this phone to bring it back to life after a friend of mine flashed it without making a backup and killed it completely.It would seem though that this software version is somehow locked but I also managed to get R_245_82.21.80I which I am told is unlocked.However if I try to flash this to the phone RSD Lite fails to restart the handset and it will only start in flash mode.Can I completely erase the original software from the phone and then flash it with the other version?I have had phones come to me before that RSD Lite has shown as "blank" so is there a way to get this phone to that state and then flash the new S/W to it?

Any suggestions as always will be gratefully received,Woody.



Oh,by the way,after weeks of several of us searching for this software I eventually found it at http://en.soft4gsm.com.I had to pay for the downloads but it was only a few $s and their collection of files is awesome so if anyone else is stuck for flash files at any time it might be worth parting with a little cash to get your phone running again.
