need help please v3xx(v360)

does eny one know how to help me to get my motorola v3xx (v360)back i think it lost it's flash because the screen become black and some words even numbers so what i'm asking for is a a flash and the easier loader please help me i rethank you advance

post your software version and bootloader and we might be able to help.
turn off phone then press * + # + red button and it should list this info.

ok, hold on a minute and let me do a search on that s/w and boot loader, sounds like a l7 to me.....
