help me guys, my v3xx cant load skin, and more problems

hi, all, i've been joining this forum for 2 years (since i got my firstmotorola phone, it's v3r R4515), but never posted anything before ( :P ), because all my problems was solved just by reading...( you all are great people, thanks).
i live in idonesia.
now i need help from you all...
this is my first thread here

i just got a v3xx with s/w R261171RK_U_99.41.08R,
flex: USIZRGBLHGMINDO00401R26117101E
with screen3 that i think useless application
oh yeah it's indonesian or south east asia version i think, since it listed some SE Asian languages and never been modded
and i noticed its have repaired (there was a crack on screw housing)
(i've make backup just after i got it)
i just bricked it's synerji corelet (it's ok, i dont really need it anyway)
anybody knows how to put it back? (i used motomidman but just make it restart over and over with saying "application error")

ok this my problem:
1. everytime i put a new skin to it, it wont listed on skin list, i've tried skiman, p2k file manager programs (p2ktoolsvs, p2k commander).
wondering what's wrong...
i even used the latest program available on this forum.
anybody knows what i dont?

2. i just put a java application by downloading from a site (nimbuzz), it installed succesfully, and run well. but when i turn the phone off, the application is gone.
it is common in v3xx if i put it in a drive it will gone when the phone is retarted?
after that it try to put it in memory card, and its never gone again (i used motomidman for the second). my problem is i used to change the microsd frequently, if i put the java app in memory card this become a problem.
anybody can help?

3. i just noticed that if i take the battery of the phone's clock and date will reset, which never happened on my old v3r, is the v3xx dont have internal battery?
if its exist how do i can fix it?

4. my phone drain battery so fast, i just fully charged it and when i make call for 3 minutes, the battery bar turns red, the phone quite hot, i'm going to get new battery for it, but i dont think the problem will gone, since i can play mp3 for 6 hours with it (until the battery bar turn yellow)
its also hard to make call and send message even if the signal bar is full, i've test with another phone (my v3r) and there is no problem with the operator, is it possible that there is problem with the internal antenna? (i didnt check it out yet) so it drain more power when make come comunication?

5. anybody have MP like mine or higher? i might need it

The only thing you can try is flash an unbraded and unlocked flash or MP.......that could solve some problems,at least you can try...
is you motorola v3xxr? look under the battery....ther should be a model series....

then you could start diging for flash :P

i made a lil research and i found out that the seem 0032_001 could be the problem for automated delete of java applications,or at least i think this is the problem.....

on seems 0032_0001:

offset 43 bit 1: Delete all apps from phone, even the locked ones

so you could do a seem edit and see if the problem is solved :P

on the back panel it said maxx v3 as well as the box, but p2ktoolsvs3 said razr v3xx. so i believe it is v3xx since maxx v3 is rarely found (tell me if i wrong)

i've digg for some, and mine is the highest s/w number, no higher s/w number available on net as i know, neither in this forum
by the way, is it ok if i flash it with lower mp? how about flashing with different s/w like R261171RK_USA_99.41.xxx (mine is R261171RK_U_99.41.08R)?

you could try a mp with different fw but not allways will work :P
i mean the phone will reject it if it's not compatible....you could try but look not to be very different from your firmware,cuz i've tried and no result ,i mean the phone didn't accepted it...

now,to flash the phone i recomand you RSD Lite....you can't find it here,you must google for it then find an apropiate flash
,and then follow this simple steps: turn off your phone and let him like this a few second and then hold * and # then press the power button,will holding them...you should get on the screen something like this:

Bootloader
xx.xx
SW Version
-your sw version-

Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB
Data Cable

now you must be shure that your battery has at least 50% of power but i recommand 100% ,then you could flash the new firmware

with this trick you could find yout you curent firmware and bootloader version......is important that you must find a firmware with the same bootloader cuz your phone will show you an error and will not flash

post here and i will make some sugestions :P

PS: REMEMBER!!! Allways make a backup copy of your curent firmware in case something goes wrong you could easely do this with P2K tools(as you allready have it).....don't do anything befor a full backup cuz you will never know what you will do wrong or what will happen....

try searching there,maybe you will find what you need
