Enable Sync Option in "connections"

I have been looking for this for hours and trying different things. I know this is an old phone but I love it too much to give it up and it seems as though people have gotten this to work on their phone.

Could someone please tell me how to enable the "sync" option in the "connections" menu?

I have tried editing offset 62 but mine was already set to ON -

I am sorry - I don't know what that means.

Do I update my mma_ucp the same way I did the 0032 seem?

I tried using something called mma advanced editor but it does not work with my phone (the changes don't stick) - Also I get some error about a profile not being available.

I think my v3xx is perhaps special? (special in that way that my cousin Larry is special)

I looked around and apparently "sync menu" is not a very good term to search for.
