v3xx can't detect by pc

i use flash & backup 3.7 to backup all my phone infromation..

then i try to flash mp into my phone..
then it just stuck at the boot screen after finish...

and

battery failed
cannot to program

finally manage to get out from there,,,
i bought a usb printer cable, then i cut the head out..
strip the red & black cable..
then join the red to the positive terminal..
then join the black to the negative terminal...

the battery failed message gone..
then can continue flash to normal already..
