Phone out of Hong Kong. Spent last couple days searching this forum with no success. Phone sees memory card. But under settings>connections> only have Bluetooth and IRDL. No icon for USB. So it appears I'm stuck in data connection. I can see the phone with P2Ktools. But unlike my other v3xx, can't drag and drop from PC. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am a noob on this. Boot loader 3.02. ATT unlocked.
easiest solution, copy media using a card reader in PC. alternatively you could flash a stock ATT MP. just be sure it is unlocked before flashing or it will lock the phone again
another option is to check the p2k05 SEEM Map to enable USB in "connections" menu. i will look later
did not see the option, maybe uploading a stock SEEM 0032_0001 and MMA_UCP will correct the issue
Thanks. Uploading the mma_ucp did it. What I did notice. I went to change my softkey settings via P2Ktools. It didn't change the softkey set ups, but reverted back to no usb option. So uploaded the mma_ucp again. Got the usb back. Just have to do somemore research. Maybe setting usb connection to memory card instead of always in the data mode will help with battery drain.(not a battery issue, works fine in other v3xxs)
Any ideas?
Update. With the tips, etc here. Was able to flash the phone and everything appears to work properly except. I suspect hardware issue. In text mode, either entering or sending, phone will display low battery then reboot. Battery is good.
