V3xx problem, can't access sim and phone book

Can't access phonebook (loading...(it also does this without the sim) ) and will not read sim card ( can't find the network (sim card works fine on the other phone) all bands are active) ). I did try new sim, still the same. Sometimes it'll work just fine, then turns itself on and off and will not access Phone book nor sim.
Restored (flashed) full (working) backup with Flash&Backup:

CG1 (Firmware)
CG2 (Flex)
CG3 (DSP Firmware)
CG4 (LangPack)
CG7 (Digital Sign)
CG15 (DRM Graphics)
CG17
CG18 (Digital Sign)

Still the same.
No changes were made, worked fine untill today.
any idea?
