getting error while downloading on M3

Was trying to download this DRM] Colorful v3xx MLD that 98xploder mirrored link http://www.modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43219 I get this error when trying to download

sorry guys, we were told not to host this file. we need to stick with that. you guys dont want m3 to have problems over one little drm now do ya?
