    CG44 update: anyone tried it?

Has anyone tried the CG44 change with Freedom Update? Or at all?

    I attached the file.
For background info, see the thread here

NB: I have not tried it, yet. I don't know enough to look at the code and see any problems.

The only one that works is the one for E8

This does work. It is a excellent flash. Never need a sign app again.

Why was this moved to "general Linux?" As far I knew this only applies to the ZN5

Huh I didn't notice this thread only has the flashfile in it:

To do the mod, unsquash CG44, open file \.policy\_devdomain.txt, and add this to its end:

    Code:
    domaintype: 4
    Application Auto Invocation: allow, (allow)
    Authentication: allow, (allow)
    DRM: allow, (allow)
    Local Connectivity: allow, (allow)
    Location Based Service: allow, (allow)
    Messaging: no, (no)
    Multimedia Recording: allow, (allow)
    Net Access: allow, (allow)
    Phone Call: allow, (allow)
Read User Data Access: allow, (allow)
    Smart Card Communication: allow, (allow)
Universal SIM App Toolkit: allow, (allow)
Write User Data Access: allow, (allow)
    Squash it and flash.

Thanks Semseddin for the signature and avatar.

So I can also set messaging to Yes? or is it Allow?

I don't think this enables JSR-82 (Java Bluetooth) though no? :/
