Please Help to troubleshoot

Hi Guys!!!
Kindly help me to resolve the below issue.
Am using Razr maxx v6. The issue is if i press the Right Arrow key, the phone gets hang and not function. Except power button no other key works. So, only option left for me is to press power button to switch off and switch on.

I believe your keypad flex needs to be cleaned.

I experienced this, you need to disassemble your V6 MAXX and clean all the flex connectors.
