Moto triage help

i have few problem MOTOTRIAGE ,i am unable to find model in this soft can any one help how to use this soft. I am posting 2 image image 1 is mine not show modelist , where as in 2nd image it shows model list, pls help me exports

Install and config:
1. You need to have NET Framework 2.0 installed.
2. Install MOTOTRIAGE
3. Unpack folder "modelconfig" (Athached)and paste in: C:\program files\Motorola Service Tools\Models
4. Open program MOTOTRIAGE, wait and when mototriage open at first time will ask a directory, choose:C:\program files\Motorola Service Tools\Models
5. Program opened go to: tools / options.
6. In logging we have 6 options to browse, choose: C:\program files\Motorola Service Tools .........for all
7. In remote configuration, go to moto triage configuration browse and choose: C:\program files\Motorola Service Tools\Models
8. Go to security click "add user" to creat your own username and password tick "add user" again, tick apply and OK.

Reading codes:
9) Conect phone, choose your model.
10)Will open a new window, Go to options tick "reset counters", tick "configure tests" , mark "ReadoLockCode" and tick Save Tests.
11) Click "Test after repair" seek all steeps from program, after run all tests you will see your lock code FINALLY!!!!

PS:It probally will work on all listed models
